I surpass every system requirement. 
All of my drivers are up to date, and in working order.
I have the latest directx.
I have not had ANY crash AT ALL in ME2 until now.

Every time I enter the Krogan Hospital for the Old Blood quest, the door right after the dead human causes my game to crash to desktop.  I have tried the following:

Turned all graphics to minimum
Completely changed party make up
Switched whcih weapons were equipped when opening door
Positioning party near and away from door
Restarting the mission and going to said door.

EVERY time I open it, my game crashes.  Only error Ive had in this entire game thus far.

Any help guys?  Im apparently missing the attatchment button, as I cant find anywhere to attatch a SS of my specs.

1) Please register the game on the forums. This is not an accusation, but given the spate of users with illegally downloaded copies coming to the forums asking for help, forum registration is the only way we can be sure we are dealing with a legit copy. Illegally downloaded copies include hacked and modified files which could be either corrupt, or full of malware. Once its registered, we will be happy to help. Forums Registration here;

3) There is no attachment button, you need to use an image hosting site such as photobucket.
4) Constant crashes in the same location is often an indication of a corrupt file. If using the Steam version, verify the cache intergrity. Any other version, you will have to reinstall the game.

Ive got exactly the same problem.
The first and only time, where ME2 crashed at my pc.

i registered the game in the forum and hope, you can help me.

You've ignored Bogs' points to the OP.  You should not have done that.
