I just managed to snag my last ingredent about 5 minutes ago on 360.
By reading the achievement / trophy I was under the impression that I only required one of each ingredent to find out that I need every single one half way through act II.

Is this achievement glitched? I have the Black Emporium DLC and to my knowlage people have managed to get the supplier chevo to unlock this way, while some others haven't.

This is unfortunately the last chevo I need for the full 100% and I'd rather not play again for one very stupid fetch quest.

Unfortunately the achievement requires you to max out the ingredients fully. It has also been stated that this does not always unlock correctly and Bioware are currently looking into this.
