Sure why not, if gives me giggles to see my strong epic dude wearing even a tutu or hair band with long hair, I'll do it. Same reason fought Logain naked slapping him to submission in DA:O because it was entertaining.

Because it uses DA:O's 7 year old engine. DA's graphics will never be good as long as they stick with it. Characters will act like they are crying but never actually cry, and textures will probably stay bland and low-res, as it was designed for much older machines.
Makes me a sad bear.
