Hi, I hope I am not being too much of an idiot to request on this.....but could Bioware help remove all my online storge for my Dragon Age origins (characters/screenshots/achievement records etc) I would like to start the whole game with everything fresh but I just couldnt do it somehow, I have tried re-installing the game, deleted all my characters from the online profile as well as my game (PC); after deleting all these, the Diagnostics is still showing I am having 37 files out of 50......

Any ideas?
