i just purchased 5 DLC packages: apperances 1 & 2,firepower, kasumi, and ageis. the purchases all went very quickly but the confirmation emails appear to have nothing but a receipt for how many credits were used. when i went into my computer and opened the mass effect 2 folder i did find a sub folder for DLC but it only had what appears to be the zaeed download from when i redeemed something after purchasing the game a year ago. but, that zaeed isn't even installed. i'm sure it's just that i don't know what i'm doing.
any suggestions on how to do these installations would be appreciated,

It's a simple download and install thing. In order to download you have to go to your profile in social.bioware.com and look for the list of your entitlements. There is a download link to the right of each entitlement.
