Destroying a mass relay and star system killing 300,000 batarians
Setting off a nuke on Pragia
The Ship Purgatory meltdown
Killing an asrai spectre
but worse of all working with Cerberus.
I think Shepard can get away with everything but working with Cerberus is going to be a bit more than Shepard can chew to evade the law

1. No one knows how to sedate Shepard.
2. The Alliance is not ready for a full scale attack from the Reapers.

So... I couldn't help but wonder what Dr. Kenson had in mind when she let Shepard onto "the Project". Did she want to hand him to the Reapers? Couldn't have wanted to kill him, as we saw with the sedatives...
The Reapers probably wanted to make Shepard their avatar to infiltrate the Alliance and Council.
Shepard might have some sweet upgrades in ME3

Presumably yes. Reapers and especially Harbringer seem to be pretty interested in Shep. I believe it's simply because Harbringer has a crush on ShepDusty Boy T wrote...

And could you imagine a chat Harby and Kenson would have after the "arrival"?
Kenson: Namaste oh Great Reapers. Here is Shepard you were looking for
Harby: Why, thank you. *loads Shep on board* Now as to your reward : IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR
Kenson: Dies Horribly
Harby: *turns to other Reapers* See, I told you that bastard was real...
Reaper Council: Yeah, yeah... Okay....

Has anyone tried letting the countdown reach zero? I've sat myself in front of it at 1hr 44mins, just after breaking out of the lab/cell with the mech. Anyone know if a special little game over cutscene plays?
That movie is scary.... Still the end of the world as we know should be scary... or flashy... or Both
It actually reminds me of the MGS4 game over screen kind of reminding you of all the people close to you that you're letting down by failing your mission.

How was he right? The way Hackett talked it sounded like cerberus was seperate from the Alliance and he was going to a military confiscation of the Normandy into the Alliance to bring Shepard back for the war.
Even saying he was grateful that Being with Cerberus didn't ruin Shepards sense of honour (Paragon Playthrough).
However to be honest it felt like they gave just enough to suppot both theories and I'll bet they will just glance over this in ME3.

They didn't. We will spend the entire length of ME3 in a trial on Earth charged for murdering 300.000 batarians

Seems like anyone with a couple of spare credits and half an hour can find Shep's email address.
This whole thing was some insane hack writing anyway; no point in looking too close. I'm starting to wonder if Mac has syphilis or something.

They were travelling with FTL (not sure how fast), which screws the time/distance thing considerably.

1. When the Reapers show up, Shep's free and clear.
2. My Shep's a Spectre. The Council's got a lot to answer for, not him. This is especially true since Arrival can be played after Horizon and Shepard can go on to complete the other missions like nothing ever happened.
3. As far as my Shep's concerned, as long as the Reapers are stopped, the Council could send him to the gallows and he'd be OK with it.
