Well, typically XBOX live is updated at 3:00 am or 6:00 am (Eastern, I think). But I don't know if this is a special case or not. Just keep refreshing that site.

Lot of random images, Reapers, people standing around on a place that looked like Horizon. Thought I saw Dr. Chakwas, Ashley and Illusive Man? Last thing is Kelly getting melted, I think.

Yeah, definitely saw Ash and Illusive Man. Interesting. Last thing is definitely Kelly, not Ash.

After looking at it some more there is another image where they're looking at what looks like the citadel being overtaken by reapers. Joker, Garrus, Jacob, Ash, TIM, Mordin are all definitely in the shot, in addition to a Krogan that's NOT Grunt (not his armor most likely Wrex) and two others I can't conclusively ID.

I downloaded the video and slow-moed it. There is some Reaper imagery in there, but A LOT of Collector imagery as well. I wonder if this movie is what plays if you haven't beaten the game yet?

The place where all the characters stand on doesn't look like Horizon, there isn't a cityscape there since it's still a colony. It resembles more like Illium. I got some shots there I will put up a bit later, but from what I see on first impressions, it seems like a nightmarish vision of what will come eg: everyone Shepard is close to or knows are all indoctrinated with the Reaper hovering above them, then ends with Kelly melting off like the Collectors processed her.

It IS Illium. I was wrong on my first viewing, but slowing down clearly shows the Illium skyscape.

People I notices were: Chakwas, Ashley, Miranda, Illusive Man, Joker, Mordin, Garrus, and an unkown krogan.

Big leap from a very, very distant silhouette shot from the back. You could very well be right. But you don't get near as close a look as with everyone else.
