-The end could've had more enemies. Difficulty on hardcore or above would probably fix this, I guess.

I just finished it on insanity with my engineer.  It definitely keeps you on your toes.  I  think I  used more drones in this one hour or so of game play than I did in the entire game before it!

At the end of my DLC Hackett referred to my ship no longer being Cerberus, is this because I blew up the station at the end of the game? Is that different if you do it pre suicide mission?

This was my favorite part of the DLC lol. I am ready to remove all the Cerberus logos off my Normandy thank you!

Is that video something that plays if you fail the DLC / let the timer hit 0, or is it an easter egg type teaser trailer or something?

Because if that video is implying that Kelly dies regardless of what you do in ME2 then I'll be pissed.

That actually makes sense. Anybody deliberately failed yet?

I loved the return of the elevators! :P Yes they were only short trips, but I was disappointed when the longer elevators turned into static loading screens again... Bring back elevators for ME3!!! XD

What´s that about a trial? Is Specter status lost again? Because I don´t see the Council allowing that challenge to its authority, even if heavier Specter oversight is really necessary.

Something to do with Shepard being tied for greatest mass-murderer in history?

I'm not sure I see the trial going anywhere. At least not immediately. The Batarians might lay the heat on Shepard in the months leading up to the actual arrival of the Reapers, but I doubt they or anyone else will have time to worry about it while their planets are being invaded.

the imprisonment of shep would make for an interesting opening for ME3 and prob provide a point to reset his abilities. granted honestly I'd facepalm and cringe if BW did that, for once I'd like to see a game be a sequel where everything gets carried over but that won't happen as long as we need to cater to new ppl coming into the franchise ( perfectly valid reason too )

PS3? That's a real pity, I originally had DAO for PS3, one of the reasons I switched over to PC later was because I couldn't bear the 2-day extra delay.

Of course, being an addict, I have Mass Effect(s) for x360, since those get the DLC first! ;D

I think this dlc has put me off mass effect 3...

Stupid plot with the alpha relay, why didnt they use that sooner.
And a supernova cant destoy a relay but an asteroid can, what the **** is this ****.

Yeah **** it, ME was never that great at story, good but not great, but this is a new level of stupid I cant tolerate.

Like I said in another thread. They screams, "your team will be captured. New squad for Shepard!" Everyone constantly claims the characters would not simply abandon Shepard. Well... not by choice at least. God hoping I am mistaken but as of the moment this is my dreadful little theory.

i seriously doubt it now. there two devs i believe that said if you got most of your squad killed on the sm then you were going have trouble. that and the fact that Mr. Hudson did they kept your me1 lis out of me2 for me3. and that they would have a bigger role in me3. i doubt they will be captured

The amount of energy recieved from a star decreases as distance increases.  If the supernova was far enough away, the energy from it may have been enough to goof with the relay's position without destroying it.  Meanwhile, you can generate megatons of force by smashing a large, fast-moving object into something else (F=ma).

Way too short for the last ME2 DLC but still good enough. Got all achievements apart from getting the Doc without attracting hostile attention. Liked the chat at the end but would have liked something more. Maybe a vision or something.

The Citadel was simply Plan A for the Reapers. Shep spoiled that.  The "Alpha"  Relay is Plan B and the reason they're only using it now is because they just now are within range of it due to the limitation of FTL  travel.  Also, there's a difference between hitting something with a large blast of thermal and solar radiation like a nova and the pure kinetic energy from a asteroid/small planet impact.

I have to agree on the story front, while people make out that at least ME1 had a decent story I always found both games to have rather atrocious plot holes and blatant railroading (for all the jokes people make about the turian councillor I found that going by what Shepard actually knows and not what the player has been shown via cutscenes of places Shep isn't involved then really the turian councillor is 100% right based on the info at hand and I found that I was agreeing with him until the totally out of character impounding of the Normandy, until then Shepard is just some scaremonger ranting on about things he really doesn't even know about).

since i have no idea where ppl were getting info about mass relay(s) surviving a supernova I had to resort to wiki

to which we have "One of the relays even survived a supernova's wake without being damaged."

which as far as my understanding of english is concern means the MR wasn't hit directly by a supernova... so what AdmiralCheez says is imo correct and events in Arrival holds

Yes, but I would have thought that the impact would actually push the relay from its orbit, but it just went BOOM. Kinda silly imho.

I  also lost sound during the Normandy leaving the Citadel cutscene.  Pretty much any cutscene in space I've lost sound it seems.  Maybe it's just a temporary glitch or something.  I'll shutdown my xbox and see if it comes back when I  restart the game.

I just went to Anderson.  No new options with him sadly.
