Is there a way to initiate "On The Loose" and "Best Servered Cold" from the console? I have "The Last Straw" showing and can't get to these two previous two quests.

Did you just start act three? "The Last Straw" will be in your journal throughout the act. "On the Loose" and "Best Served Cold" are activated by mail you receive after you've faffed around a bit (in the latter case, you must do "On the Loose" first).

Spoke to Meredith and got "On The Loose", but it never showed in my journal while "The last Straw" does. I accepted the letter from Orsino, which I read afterward should best be done after completing any other quests in Act III. Oops.

No hope huh? I guess I'll just finish that play-through after the next patch to see if that sheds any light.
