 According to the strategy guide, Aveline's final armor upgrade is supposed to drop when you kill Jevan.  Instead I got a crappy shield.  So where is it?

Its bugged (surprise?). It does not drop, period. Use vaddin to add the upgrade if you wish.

I was wondering about that too. I got a sound/visual effect, but nothing else.
