We all knew she was coming back anyway - regardless of if you stabbed her in Witch Hunt. Perhaps she'll appear in DA3. Personally, I couldn't care if she didn't show up ever again.

Didn't even notice that Morrigan part. Makes sense...however I dont see how the Seeker knows about Morrigan

Varric mentions the warden's story to Cassandra after Flemeth saves Hawke, and if its well known and includes Flemeth, I'd say Morrigan would be pretty famous as well, and Leliana was a companion of the Warden, she would have brought it up......

Yeah, it's not like one of the Warden's companions is also a Seeker.

And in the Sebastian DLC, Hawke can ask Leliana if she's the Leliana that accompanied the Hero of Ferelden, which to me suggests the Warden's companions have enough fame that even farmboy Hawke has heard of them.

Hmm, indeed...If Cassandra is teaming up with Leliana, it would make sense Cassandra knows about Morrigan...
provided that Warden didn't kill her in DAO lol!

one question: since i've always gotten leliana, i've not experienced not getting her. does the game ever make mention of leliana dying if you don't get her, or you just can not have her join your party? if it's the latter, there's no reason she can't be alive. if it's the former, it's a bit of a retcon. with all the possibilities, it's hard to make a sequel that can account for every possible choice, so there has to be some give and take here. i bet the percentage is extremely high of players who took leliana in at least one playthrough and did not kill her.sheppard7 wrote...
I take it you didn't like her. lol
But we know now that Bioware does not care whether someone dies or not. Heck, I imported my very first playthrough that I had no idea about Lelianna and didn't know to pick her up in DAO until after it was too late. Yet in DA2, she was said to have helped the Warden defeat the Archdemon. WHAT?
Zevran got kicked because he turned on me in that same import yet he showed up in DA2. WHAT?
Now if you killed Flemeth, at least they explained how she cheated death with Hawke doing the errand run. And sort of helps Morrigan's comments about being worried about Flemeth in WH.
But on the upside, this now makes it possible for both Kaden and Ashley to be alive and kicking in ME3. Heck, if medieval times they can bring people back, then they can in the future too.
Purely retconned so far, she's always alive in DA2. Hasn't yet been justified in-game, anyway.bzombo wrote...
