*raises hand* I really like the game, more than Origins even. I like the focus on the personal story of Hawke, I like the companions, I like the way they handled the time skips. I think the quests are far stronger, as the main plots are shorter unlike some portions of Origins (Fade and Deep Roads particularly) which seemed to drag. Everything in DA2 seems important. No quest--not even the sidequests (except for maybe the delivery ones)--seem trivial. They all relate to the main conflict.
In short, I love DA2. I'm having more fun than I expected to, and I really hope BioWare continues in this direction for the next game.
I think that sums up my own experience.
The main problems I had with Origins (which I would probably give an 85-90/100, it's a game I liked a lot....) were that the game was too easy (even on Nightmare) and swathes of it were simply tedious.
I'm about 65 hours into DA2, on Nightmare again, same as when I initially played Origins, it's a far more difficult game, and at no point have I been bored and wondering when the section I was playing through was finally going to end. I'd probably rate it slightly above Origins. I understand that other people encountered game-breaking bugs, but I haven't encountered any of them so far, and I can only rate based on my own experience...
Things I like about DA2Difficulty/new combat design
Improved visuals, including character models, areas and spell effects
Voiced protagonist
Dialogue wheel
Companions
Improved Skill Trees
Cross-class combos
The story is not standard 'save the world' fantasy, it's more intimate
The UI (I understand that many people preferred DAO's, but I lke the minimalist, more modern approach)
Things I don't like
Recycled areas
Abrupt time jumps
Junk loot
The isometric camera being limited and locked on the selected character
All in all, I really enjoy the game, although, much like my initial play through DAO, it's about to be interrupted by Mass Effect 2.
