If you had to pick between: 1. The Intro (getting into Kirkwall)
2. Act 1 (The Deep Roads)
3. Act 2 (The Qunari Plot)
4. Act 3 (Mages n Templars)
Act 2 really stood out for me. The way the plot slowly unfolded to its climax and getting to learn more about the Qunari was awsome. Also the Arishock was the most intersting NPC in the game IMO.
Whats your favorite act? (Spoilers)

Act 1. It's the longest and has a lot to do. But Act 2 comes as close second. :3

I like them all for different reasons.
Yes. Even the dreaded Act 3 for giving us a way into DA3.

Act 2.
I somehow respect the qunari and I'm glad I had a chance to have another look to their way of life. Arishok was a worthy rival, whole conversations/quests regarding him was great.

My favorite was act 1 because of the family is still mostly together. I liked protecting Bethany or annoying Carver. I also felt bad that I couldn't let Gamlen set up a cot next to the ale kegs in the mansion. Of course, I also wish I could have willed the mansion to Sandal.

I realize that Meredith shouldn't be interacting with Hawke while s/he is still a lowly refugee, but I wish we could have at least seen some scenes of her descending into madness, a la Loghain. That would have helped Act 3 tremendously, and may have shown her the human side which makes Bioware villains compelling. One of the reasons I think Act 2, my favorite act, went so well was that we got to see the Arishock's growing disgust with Kirkwall and felt the tension rise with the Qunari and the city's citizens. I don't agree with the Qun, but I understand where they're coming from.

Act 2 is my favorite, but by a short margin. As a Merrill lover, I always look forward to her throwing me out of her house and then beating me home.
Act 2 has its weak points as well, zombie mom being the most obvious imo.
I have to say that I'm like act 3 a lot more than most people seem to. I love the whole "everyone I have helped has turned against me" feel of it. You thought you had spent the past 7 years helping people and enriching their lives, yet tun against you in a moment based on a misunderstanding. Kinda tragic really.

Act 2, by far. I was bored in Act 1, and impatient in Act 3, but Act 2 had me intrigued and interested from start to finish. Good pacing, great antagonists, and overall just good writing.

Act 2.
Good plot quests, and of course... The bump 'n grind.

Act 2 for me. While I think the climax of Act 3 is the best I've seen in any game in quite some time, Act 2 is a bit longer and thus contains a few more "wham" moments to push it over the edge. All That Remains is my favorite quest in the game. This is also the act when we start seeing more of our companions. I love Aveline's personal quest (as my signature might imply). Romance starts to come into play here, and I've always been a fan of the romantic sideplots as I feel they add more depth to the game.
Plus, the final fight with the Arishok is absolutely amazing, particularly if you do it as a duel. It's a great cap to a powerful questline. All that being said, I think Act 3 would be my favorite if there were a bit more to it. The conflict between the mages and templars interests me more than the Qunari threat. But it's definitely shorter, and the time with the LIs is a bit more limited, which both work in Act 2's favor.

Act 2.
The story was moving along more than number one (and the companion quests/interactions had more depth) and it wasn't as pacy and number three. I rather enjoyed the rising tensions with the Qunari and the questline where you're investigating and hunting Quentin.

Act 2, no doubt.
Better house, better quests, beginning of romances, and of course, more great fighting and intensity.

Act 2 is my favourite because it has an interesting, complex misunderstood villain and a creepy side quest or two (All that Remains).
My least favourite of any Bioware game I've ever played is Act 3, which is way too short, has no build up and one of the most ridiculous Japanime end bosses ever devised in a western RPG. Seriously, Meredith was practically Pokemon.

Act 2. Good adversary, good companion quests, good development. No poorly developed mage/templar plot lines

Act II was slightly better than the other. Great to meet the Arishok, learn a bit about Qunari culture and then get to kill them all. What's not to like.

Everything with the Qunari's and Fenris involved. Screw the rest.

Act 2 for me.
I find Act 1 perhaps a bit too vague, with great main plot quests but so-so secondary and companion quests, and furthermore with too few character interactions.
I like Act 3, especially "The Last Straw," but Act 2 really stands out thanks to the "All That Remains" quest, to the Qunari overarching plot and to the many compelling companion quests, like Dissent, A Bitter Pill and The Long Road.

Probably act 2 but only just. It would have been act 3 because I loved the resolution of the Merill and Anders personal quests...but the overall ending lacked a bit.
