Lets see we have...

-Karl Mage Tranquil
-10-15 templars from Anders Quest
-Seamus the Viscounts very own son
-"Mother" Petrice
-10-15 rioters who want to spark war with Qunari
-Templar lieutenant leader of group
-5-10 abominations from Forbidden Knowledge book
-10-15 people/Templars who were in the Chantry when Anders Hammer of Dawned it
- Grand Cleric Elthina
-Maybe Sebastian himself if not recruited talking to Elthina

*Edit
-Hayder and his 15 or so Mercs

Thats over 70 people/things lol

I expected them to close it down about mid point in lol

It's an obvious sign that the Maker has been making pacts with demons.

Lol! Never thought about that.

In other news, people have ceased visiting the Kirkwall chantry due to rumors that it is cursed. The Grand Cleric moves out of the chantry to hold her sermons on the streets.

In another, unrelated topic, Anders gets really mad for no discernible reason.

You forgot Hayder and his gang of 15 people. They're obviously allowed to use the chantry as a hideout as soon as it gets dark  Image IPB

The Maker = Khorne

BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!

The red candles are probably made out of the blood of the people who get slaughtered all the time in the chantry.

Yeah, it goes like this:
Act I: Isabella's quest + Anders' quest. Two bloodbaths, probably the same week. Around 30 dead bodies total. "Hey, why does Andraste have someone's liver on her clothes again?"
Act II: Hawke "pacifying" mob and exorcising demons in his/her unique style. And Saemus like a cherry-top. "Shouldn't we like devise an express re-sanctification ritual?"
Act III: Anders to the rescue! The curse is finally lifted...along with the chantry.

You forgot the actual number of Qunari in that list, only the rioters.

What is oddest to me, is that this place where you always have all the privacy you could ever want to kill scores of baddies, Anders needs you to create a distraction in order to plant a bomb.

I never provide it, but really, what about that quaint little murder location makes him think that it is sooooooo exclusive and well-policed?

And if the Maker is Khorne... it would make sense for him to abandon the world. His number one cultists are the Tevinter Magisters... and everybody knows that Khornes hates squishy mages.

The Qunari are probably the punishment for that. Khorne send them against the Imperium for the effrontery of worshipping him and practising magic.

That puts a completly different complexion on the whole game. I have to think about that. Image IPB

After about the fourth or fifth occasion of open combat in the Chantry, I commented that 'eventually the Chantry's going to be cranky about all the dead bodies we keep leaving here.' Shame my snarky!Hawke didn't get to make a comment to that effect...

Yeah, I felt bad doing all that killing in there, whether I agreed with the religion or not. Felt disrespectful

I think it must've been the ceiling driving people mad. Seriously what was up with that?

I always thought there was something weird about that Chantry.
Like the huge statue of Andraste. How did they get it through the door? Did they lower through the top of the Chantry and then make a ceiling over it?

I bet they built the Chantry around it.

No, they built the Chantry on an ancient Indian Burial Ground.

Well that would make sense.
Everyone else in Kirkwall did.
