If you want constructive criticism, his eyes are titled backwards too much, his forehead is larger, his nose is longer, and the ears look off somehow, they might be too high up or too small. He also has more fair on his forehead and towards his eyes.

You got the tattoos pretty right though, looks nice, and I like your color touches.
