Very simple. Perhaps someone brought this up before, but I figured I'd go ahead anyway. Simply what you are currently listening to regarding music.

Crawl - Breaking Benjamin.

Definitely liked the beat - good stuff.  Thanks for linking.

Me, well, I've got a bit of Fabrizio Ortella here, a bit of Dionne Warwick there, and a little bit of Gang Starr over there.

Another good one - I remember listening to this one with the roommates in college a few years back.  Always loved that Big Lebowski sample at the end too.

Very cool.  I was assuming Spanish based on your preface (flamenco-influenced), but the sound had me thinking Mexican for a bit, given the particular omnivorous quality in the Mexican pop scene for the last 15 years or so (only to look it up and find out that the group is indeed Spanish).  Probably a useful lesson/reminder to me about preconceptions/filters.  I'll have to dig a bit and listen to more.

EDIT: Er, current listening, right - [La Peña 005] - Enjoy Music.  A little aggressive for my taste as far as house goes, including vocally, but some nice breaks and bass.

In general, I get excited by any sort of international or world fusion music.  Spanish based is just what I have the most access to right now.  I gravitate towards it b/c it helps me practice my Spanish.   I can usually tell if they're Spanish or not based on the accent.  A lot of Spaniards have at least a slight lisp when they pronounce some of the "S" sounds.

Currently listening:  Infinito Particular by Marisa Monte, Brazilian popular music, dreamy layered synth

Cool song.  Seemed a bit too short, though.  I guess I'm used to instrumentals being much longer.

Regina Spektor is awesome (most of her stuff any ways). I find it hard to listen to the radio any more after discovering artists like her on the internet.
