I'm finding that TLJ's soundtrack works better in-game than it does as a standalone recording. Whilst Dragon is a great piece, I think the whole thing works better as an atmospheric device in-game. The same goes for Dynamedion's Sacred 2 soundtrack, and perhaps the ones they did for Drakensang and Drakensang: Am Fluss Der Zeit, and also Mark Morgan who did the soundtracks for Fallout 1+2
To me, Frank Klepacki and Kirill Pokrovsky are equally good composers but I prefer their soundtracks to listen to as they're also suited for "casual" listening purposes.
Tor Linløkken is certainly the "stronger" of the two composers, though. His pieces are more listenable than Bjørn Arve Lagim's.
