Hate to say it, but Keri Hilson's Turnin' Me On. The track itself hardly has any artistic, poetic or musical merit, but the steady tub-tub-tub electronic beat in the background is addictive to listen to. That's pretty much how the majority of dance club-based tunes operate anyway: producers, I'm sure, count on the sound effects to mesmerize listeners, and consequently are able to skimp on the quality of their vocalists. Regrettable in that regard, but I guess it's to be expected.
