Crazy ~ K-Ci & JoJo

Beautiful R&B track from the 1990s, good melody and full of emotion. They don't make 'em like they used to, nowadays.

If you like Turisas, check out Thyrfing and Manegarm.

Thyrfing's first album is amazing and the newest Manegarm album is just awesome.

It is very good indeed. I listen to it on a regular basis now. Mostly even push 'back' when it jumps to the next.

Currently In Flames - Reflect The Storm.

Thanks for linking that - I'm listening to the LP (Foley Room) for the first time after watching that vid from your post the other day.  I knew Tobin's earlier stuff like Supermodified, which is great, but this is great in a totally crazy way.  Can't believe I missed it at the time.

Hit The Freeway ~ Toni Braxton

One of the better singers who masterfully made the transition from 1990s saccharine R&B to the more urban, sexualised, electronic-heavy groove of the new millenium, IMHO. Love her breathy vocals and sense of cool self-assurance on this track. Production by the Neptunes helps seal the deal for a winning combination that makes you sit up and listen.

Spanish Guitar ~ Toni Braxton

Also another favorite, with a more stripped-down guitar instrumental and emphasis on Braxton's whispery vocals to create an atmosphere of romance, seduction, and bittersweet longing. Video a bit risque, though no less than today's standards.

It's my new favorite song, and the reason my iPod is set to repeat. I even went so far as to buy tickets for their concert next month.

The Shins - Kissing the Lipless ^_^

They're a good band. I don't think I dislike any of their songs. But This Is War is one of the best.
