A brilliant song made even more epic than it already is.

For some reason I can't get Evil by Interpol out of my head. A dark song for a dark mood perhaps?

I almost started this off with "Banned."

I've seen them all. Except any of the ones from 10,000 days, if there are any. Does anyone still make videos?

Speaking of...

That is a damn fine song. The Blue Record on the whole is awesome, but that is the stand out track for sure.

I had never heard that before. Nice. Also, there is something very sexy to me about a red cloak running through the forest.

心跳 (Xin Tiao / Heartbeat) ~ Leehom Wang
Mandarin Chinese lyrics and translation

Chinese-American R&B artiste Wang has to be one of my all-time favorites. Dude is seriously talented and has a great voice. He's been around for more than a decade and still going strong with fans from East Asia, Southeast Asia and the US Asian-American scene. Good music is still good music no matter what language it's in, and I hope you guys enjoy it. :)

Moon River ~ (cover by) Elton John

I think I'm a Great American Songbook fan at heart. Grew up on this kind of music since my mom was into piano classics like this. John, of course, is probably one of the best adult contemporary singers of our generation, and his deeply resonant voice and use of the echo effect on the piano complements the song's dreamy qualities wonderfully. Truly a masterpiece.

Many may think that Japanese are people who just copy shamelesly western genres. Bands like this demonstrate that, quite contrarily, some of them have been doing some kinds of music for the same amount of decades as their consecreted western counterparts.

Sigh - In the mind of a Lunatic.
