Lyrics and loose translation

水滸傳 or "Outlaws of the Marsh" or "Water Margin" is considered one of the Four Great Chinese classics. It's pretty much the Chinese version of Robin Hood, although altogether there's 105 guys and 3 girls with individual stories! I love the song's video because towards the end it shows you a whole traditional scroll-full of character portraits, though it's hard to tell them apart. BTW, singer Liu Huan was the same guy who performed with Sarah Brightman at the opening of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Info tidbit: "Black Whirlwind" from Bioware's Jade Empire was based on the 水滸傳 character Li Kui.
