I apologize in advance if this is a repost of a known bug, but i'll put it out there just in case.

Im having a recurring problem where whenever i start up dragon age, there is no text on the main menu. No text anywhere, actually (except the headliner near the bottom of the title page saying im logged in). everythings blank and characters are uninteractable.

It's actually kind of creepy.

It should also be noted i had to click out of the window in order to take screenshots. Ingame screenshots are not functioning either.

I dont have an evil spirit haunting my game right?


Is this known at all?..

Hard to say without seeing your hardware specs and OS information.

This issue has happened with Origins as well:

Did this start happening recently? I can't help but notice you're quite a ways in to the game judging by the screenshots (the 2nd one, im guessing, is the post-campaign pop-up). Additionally, did you install/add any 3rd party mods or software?

Yep, post campaign save. No mods of any kind. Steam version, Windows 7 64 bit home premium, ATI HD 5770 Radeon graphics card. It just started today. Im reinstalling now to see if that fixes it.

Let me know how that goes, we've haven't seen any other complaints of this occurring so I'm inclined to think something got corrupted/removed from your game folder somehow.
