In isabella's act 3 questioning beliefs quest she asks you to join her on her ship. I have asked Merrill to move in with me and am romancing her so if i accept the "what about merril" option comes and then Isabella says "bring her along"

If I do the above quest with the dialog options i stated can i still get the final Romance and the romance achievement with Merrill at the end of act 3?  I want to do Isabella's act 3 questioning beliefs as laid out above because i feel that is the way my character would actually answer those questions but i don;t want that to ruin my ability to get the romance achievement. So, to get the romance achievement with merrill can I do as above or do I have to outright reject Isabella's offer?

I already got the Romance achievement but that just sounds fun I romanced Anders and Isabella with a female PC, spared Anders and fought the last fight with Aveline, Anders, Isabella and my PC Assassin.  Varric's narrative in the end credits cited that Isabella never left my side.  So much for putting up with Anders through two Awakenings playthroughs and one DA2.  Now I'm just sick of him.  I'm romancing Merrill this time.
