my problem is i cant change the look of her  after you go thru the prolog  or useing the  black imporium mirror its is gray out for some  reason not sure why but the game runs good other wise any one got any ideas  on why it is grayed out so i cant change  my looks for her at  all

Have you been moving the slider off of the first two presets? The default Hawkes seem to be custom sculpts with custom hair, you have to start with Preset 3 or more to be able to customize - you can probably make that shift in the mirror of transformation as well.

Inarai's got it right. It's never explained in the game, but you can't make any alterations to the "default" male or female Hawke other than the red scar, unless you install some mods. All the faces starting from preset 3 are alterable, though, and the mirror lets you change those as many times as you want (believe me, I know all too well about tweaking the morphs over, and over, and over...)
