Wierdly i get no visual effects on my weapons after i enchant them with runes, im new to pc so maybe i have to swtich the effect on or something? Frost weaspons and magical weapon effects still work, just wierd how this doesnt. Any ideas? defintely not go spells on that effect it, i have mods installed but really don't think any of them effect it.

I'm wondering the same thing..? Though for me, the effects occasionally appears only to later be gone again after loading a new area.. D:

There are a number of mods and modded weapons that alter the visual effects of runes. Without more information, there is little else anyone can do to give you an answer.
