Who's the voice of Petrice? Does anyone know?

I couldn't find it on the wiki, and I ask because I kind of recognise it. Or I think I do. She sounds a bit like Sedai from Throne of Bhaal, but I'm not sure if it really is the same voice, or if it's just a bit similar on occasion.
