Nothing I hope, the way those Orlesians seems to talk in DA's world is annyoining enough with just a few characters from there, listening to their "french princess" talk for 40-60hours is sure as hell gona make me throw the game disc out of the window

Aside from the title of the customizble character I think the promotion of the default hero would be best be a female rogue. Since that's the only class that hasn't been promoted in the DA series. Plus a lot of fans want the default promotion to be on a woman for a change.

What does the default sex matter in a game where you can change the sex/ appearance of the default character to your liking?

To answer your question though, I don't think that the default character will be a rogue.  It's just my opinion, but I think that rogues are better suited for companion characters than default main characters.  But, BioWare is fond of not telling the same story/character twice so you may be right.

Our story begins with Francois an Orlesian street urchin who learns to play the accordion and eventually becomes the most famous musician in all of the land. First though he must gain enough money and fame to hire a venue and to do this he must do tasks for the Orlesian people.

The entire game will be narrated by Leliana and it'll have more french stereotypes and fake accents than an episode of "Allo Allo!".
