I know she knows Zevran because they knew each other before Origins. but what about Alistair or Leliana? does she have any special dialogue with them?

She and Alistair have a little talk about how everything "looks different", and I've heard she has words for Leliana if they slept together.

Why don't Isabela or Anders ever acknowledge knowing the 'Hero of Ferelden'? It seems that all the quick cameos make a big point of it, yet your two companions never say a word (at least, not in any of my playthroughs).

Unfortunately, I didn't have her in my party at that point (for Leliana), but if they were mindful with their flags (which, more often than not they weren't) Isabella certainly should have recognized her, seeing as the two of them and my Warden went off from the Pearl to her ship for a little... training...

Isabela only says that particular line ("I even met the Hero, if you know what I mean"), if the warden slept with Isabela. Otherwise she doesn't acknowledge the warden.

Also, Anders didn't necessarily know the Hero of Ferelden. If the Hero made the ultimate sacrifice in Origins, the warden he hung out with is the Orlesian Warden-Commander (although this is confusing and weirdly hand-waved by the ability to import a dead warden into Awakening).

Yeah they ackowledge the three way. But the the romance for Leliana is bugged. Gotta have priorities.

There is a fix for that in the projects section that works like a charm for this exact issue. PC only obviously, but you just throw some files in the override directory and when you meet Leliana the dialogue will have switched.

If your Dalish Warden was alive, he'll mention it in talks with Merrill. Apparently the Hero doesn't like talking about their past if that banter is any indication.

When I did this I had Avaline, and Isabela in my group and it glitched out on me going to an odd camera angle and the sound cut out. I thought the game had crashed but then it went back to normal after about 30 seconds or so. I know Avaline makes some comments about Isabela, but unfortunately I missed out on some of the dialog cause of the glitch. This was with Leliana.

If Isabela slept with Leliana, and Varric is in the party, he has a funny line. 'Is there _anyone_ you haven't slept with?' XD

Actually, I thought it was "Is there anyone in Fereldan you haven't slept with?"

In DA:O You can actually MEET Isabella in the Pearl (She's where yo uget the Duelist specialization) so of course she recognizes them

If you bring Merrill to Isabela meeting Leliana, there's a different interjection. "Oh, I love singing! Were you in a choir together?"

I heard in the console version that if the save import is not from Witch Hunt, then you're alright.

Isabela: "I've even 'met' the Hero of Ferelden, if you know what i mean."

I thought it was interesting that in my new playthrough I imported a female Amell warden who did not bed Isabela, but instead learned duelist by beating her at cards.  She did not mention knowing the Hero of Ferelden then, lol.  I think she was too proud to admit defeat;)
