I've completed Broken Circle, Nature Of The Beast, and the Orzammar one.
I haven't done anything in Denerim yet.
So, do I do the 'gather the army' quest now, or is that after Denerim and it's side quests?
I'd just see if it's the end game, but I don't like surprises.
Unsure...

Spoiler
The point of no return is when you go to Redcliff after Landsmeet, until then you are free to travel around and clear up any unfinished side quests.

You actually cannot gather your armies yet. You still have two more main quests to go.

ATM, Derenim will just be full of side quests for you, which you are perfectly fine going off and doing. But when you have done Redcliffe - and the other mission it sends you on - you will be temporarily based at Denerim, and you can just as easily do them then. You will only miss out if you ignore the Denerim side quests until after the Landsmeet is over, which might not mean much to you now, but will soon become obvious.

Note that you should finish any quests involving Redcliffe (eg Deaddrops, the Mages Collective quest line, letters of condolence for the Blackstone Mercs) before Landsmeet, because Redcliffe will be different next time you go.
