Maybe I somehow missed it big time, but neither of those links appear to have pointed to a random dungeon generator mod.
It sounds like an awesome idea though!

Links are broken/incorrect. IDK if such a thing really exists.

It doesn't exist, which is why I asked.
From my experience, the DA engine does not have support for a bunch of perfectly fitting pieces of geometry that can be randomly hooked together to create random dungeons, nor a means to randomly drop encounters throughout. The amount of work that it would take to build something like this even with a full staff of coders and artists would be very cost prohibitive. Its cheaper to pay a couple talented artist to build areas.

I remember some people actually were looking into a similar idea for Oblivion. It did get to the PoC stage, but no further.

Diablo style randomization is certainly not feasible. However, you could build a bunch of small areas and link them together at doors/portals dynamically, it wouldn't be all that difficult really. Random spawns and loot are not all that tough either. But thats only the technical side, I don't know that it would make a good addition to the game.

I would be happy with a mod for DA2 that would just load one of the various outdoor maps (the hills or the bone pit or whatever) and fill them with random mob and boss spawns.
