5. Kelly Chambers/Samara=joint- Both have lovely figures and I love Kelly's hair.

My top picks by species:

Human: Ashley - I like her personality, I like her attitude. Appearance-wise I find she looks more like a real person than most other humans.
Asari: Tela Vasir - One of the more badass characters. She was also very direct for an asari, which I like.
Quarian: Shala'Raan - That accent, plus she's also a nice person. Plus, everyone else is gonna say to Tali.
Turian: Garrus - I'm not gay, but I've never been tested like this

Honestly, if I were forced to pick one character, it'd probably be Tali, but I think you'll be hearing plenty about her from others.

Among the females it's difficult because there are too many to consider. All the asari count, too. They may be alien, but  they seem more exotic than actually alien.

It's a close call, though. As a asari commando I imagine Shiala like someone who has, despite her very curved figure, a pretty athletic built, with muscles in the right places. Gianna probably doesn't but I do find her beautiful. I really like Tali, but I don't see how I could put any of thise down to put Tali in the list. She leads the list as the character I desire to hug most clearly, though.

Tali- She's got a great body. Her accent melts me. Her mind is very sharp, and you find out in 2 that she has an innocent schoolgirl crush on ManShep. I ate her up.

Ashley- Tough as nails, smartass, keeps you on your toes, that armor hugs some seriously nice curves. I'd hit that like a 50 megaton Warhead. Just sayin'.

There are no workable examples of Female Turians, Krogan, Salarians, or Volus... It's a shame, I'd have liked to have seen one or two of each to judge them accordingly. Moving on...

Shiala/Aria- I grouped them together because I generally don't go for Asari... Their superior attitudes and squid heads just don't do it for me, and Liara annoyed me more often that not, but these two are exceptions- they are unique among their people, and call me crazy, but I think ole cap'n Kirk was onto something with the green skin thing.

Kelly Chambers- C'mon, who doesn't like a sickeningly sweet redhead with a psych degree? She's also quite the dancer.

Miranda- She's hot as the day is long, but more often than not, her attitude and sense of self superiority coupled with that 'feel sorry for me because I was created, not born' got on my nerves. Bigtime. But as pure eye candy, you could certainly do a LOT worse.

I didn't include Jack in this list because frankly, she reminds me too much of my ex wife, only without the haircut or the biotic powers, thankfully... or I may not be here today to type this. I do agree that she has a pretty face and is a complex character, hiding severe vulnerability under a very rough exterior.

Honorable Mentions- Gianna, Captain Enyala, Rita and Jenna, Engineer Gabby, and pretty much every Quarian Female I saw. I suppose if I had a xeno fetish, it's for the tragic, brilliant, vulnerable quarians rather than the wise, and still kinda creepy monogendered asari whose reproduction methods still kinda raise questions I probably shouldn't ask here.

Your right on Tali , dem hips , hell that body is nice, but I would really like to see what her hands and feet and especially her face looks like , Kelly is sweet, nice and sexy she is what you call a ride or die chick she would do whatever , whenever and whoever you say, I like Jacks looks but her attitude sucks , I have to hand it to BW though they didn't make all the females with large boobs and they game us some with nice butts , but no reps. for female salarians or turians

I really think that 99% of people, given the choice to sleep with one of these aliens in real life, would back out.

The boundaries of a person's sexuality are limitless.  I've done some pretty wierd ****, i'm pretty sure i could have sex with an alien.

Pretty much everyone here is playing mass effect as a roleplaying game. Let us live our little fantasies without you telling us that it is not practical. If i want to pretend to have sex with aliens in my imagination, I'm gunna do it.

I dunno... I bet Tali's got something ridiculously sexy under that purple fishbowl, and my curiosity is strong enough to find out what makes azzure worthy of having an erotic palace named after it.

With the exception of Elcors and Hanars, every other species in humanoid. It's not like its a huge stretch from a human woman or man and...

1) Kaidan: mature, grounded, intelligent, romantic, sincere - amazing eyes and very handsome
2) Joker: wise-cracking *and* bearded - also, he's Seth Green - and who doesn't love a hotshot pilot?
3) Thane: unbelievably sexy voice and great character development / relationship with Shepard
4) Kai Leng: yes, he's a badguy, but he's also a supreme badass
5) Anderson: a thoughtful, reflective, principled older man who's still more than capable of kicking ass
Runner-up: Zaeed.  He may be severely scarred and have differently coloured eyes, but his voice and devil-may-care attitude more than make up for these factors.  

Females:
1) Jack: prettiest female in ME universe as far as I'm concerned, and her attitude is very refreshing
2) Ashley: courageous, passionate, beautiful, tough, and well-read
3) Samara: beautiful face and outfit, along with a very serene, calming, comforting voice
4) Gianna Parasinni: very pretty - also, I may be a colour-coordination freak, but there's just something about the way her shiny pink lipgloss matches her hot pink dress that looks amazing
5) Tali: gorgeous figure, very expressive voice, and possessed of super-geek-cuteness
Runner-up: Liara, especially since she got her wonderful new look and character development in LotSB.

Right after I spend time learning their language, culture, history, and philosophy. I'd also like to learn about what scientific and technological developments they've made. My knowledge is in physics / electrical engineering however I'd still like to know about their biology.
