At my current rank on the tool tip it says

Physical Damage: 59
Health Regeneration: 59

As you can see you're supposed to get as much health as damage you dealt.
However, whenever I use this ability it doesn't just give me a bit over 59 health when I use it, it fully restores my health bar (I have 225 health, whenever I use it, no matter how much health I have, it always makes my health restore fully, couldn't have been a heal from a party member, because I don't have anders (or a mage who can heal) in my party)

I'm not sure if I missed something on the tooltip, but I just wanted to report this possible bug.

Edit: On further testing, I've noticed it heals me anywhere from 3-4 times as much as it says it should, not neccesarily full health every single time.

I would be curious if you are wearing any + healing to or + healing by gear.

If you use it with Cleave or any abilities that increase damage, it also increases the amount Devour heals.

Ahh yes, +15% healing on my ring, and +20% dmg from sustained abilities.

+35% total I've found.
