343 industries is far from a legit studio, still. The small number of employees means Halo 4 is a ways out, if they even develop it themselves.

Probably Mass effect 3, as Andy McNamara tweeted about upcoming covers and dropped hints. If it's a sequel to one of his favorite game of 2010, it does reduce the potential candidate list as the game would have to be far in development like perhaps Mass effect 3 which is supposed to come out by november or december of this year.

 Based on GameInformer's Editor in Chief statement on tweeter,From March 22: “Saw the sequel to one of my favorite games of 2010 today. Pretty excited. More awesome covers on the way and some twists you won’t expect.”
- Andy McNamara, I'd say it's a safe bet it will be either ME3 or Red Dead 2 which wouldn't make sense since it's too early for a new Red Dead game. Assassin's Creed 2 came out in 2009 and Brotherhood isn't really a sequel, it's a spin-off. Unless of course, they announce Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood 2, then yeah I'd say those who are thinking a new AC raise a valid point. It's the same thing with the Modern Warfare series since the last one came out in 2009, Halo 4 is way off at least till late 2012, and not likely to come out before the Halo: CE HD remake which isn't a sequel at all. Let's see what else I'm missing, nope, nothing. Every other sequel you people have mentioned, has nothing to do with a game that came out last year.
