Right now I have a duel weilding human rouge and I have just been told to pick a specilization. Which is the best one to pick? I was thinking duelist because my character is a duel weilding character and then a bard later, but the ranger can someone creatures. What is the best way to go?

All the rogue specs have their uses, so it's more of a matter of taste.
The Ranger spec is a fairly standard one for archers, mainly - something to keep mobs occupied while you fire away at them. A fighting pet will always be useful, of course, though some of the fights will get very cluster-f**ky if you're fighting in confined spaces with loads of melee fighters. Song of Courage is the stand-out ability for the Bard spec, though it requires a high cunning score to be effective. Personally I'm a big fan of Assassin, and Duelist as second for melee rogues, although you can easily build Zevran to be the same and end up with two practically identical charcters. Not necessarily a bad thing...
And just remember you don't HAVE to spend points. You can choose not to spend points immediately and level up whenever you like.
