I have been playing a DW rogue on nightmare since this thread popped up, and my god I did not realize just how strong they were.

While the Berserker/Vanguard build has its strengths of clearing groups, dw rogues tear things down like no tomorrow, most of the time (on normal enemies anyways) I just hop on them and they explode.

Mage? np ... assassinate -> twin fangs (if he lives)

I would like some opinions on Disorienting Criticals however, I'm not sure of what the best 'obscure' effects are.

I think you can change the title of this thread anyway can't you? So a new thread would be kind of moot I think.

Oh just as a request (ha as if you aren't already doing a massive thing) is there a chance you'd look at Varric, I realise it's non-optimal, but I can't bear to be without my bromance!

Seems you run with Merrill Anders and Aveline which is what I'd do if I didn't like Varric so much, his comedy banter adds so much to the game.

I should probably answer that now, to avoid a lot of confusion.

The actual armor I have EQUIPPED is the Guardian of Enasalin, meaning it has those stats, but the MODEL of the armor is the Knight-Templar Regalia; I modded my save and swapped the models.

I think Templar Hunters are awesome enemies, and I wanted to get into their shoes a little bit with my appearance. The change is purely aesthetic, but I've gotta say, one-shotting a Hunter while wearing the armor and seal of the Order is DAMN satisfying.

 Would a rogue using a bow kill as fast as this or is dual wield the highest dps?
