I jumped through all of the hoops necessary to get to a page that would tell me if I had any points, and it said I didn't have any. So, thinking that the transaction had simply failed, I tried again. This time, everything worked normally, and I got to the points received page, confirming I had successfully purchased 560 points.
However, upon checking my email, I have two receipts from Paypal, one for the first failed charge, and one for the successful charge. In essence, I have paid for 1120 points and only received 560. Granted, I only want 560 to get the Arrival DLC, so IMHO, Bioware owes me $7.
However, there doesn't seem to be any easy, direct way to contact anyone about this, or at least not any that is easy to fine. Seriously, Bioware, this site is a UI nightmare in everyway, from making it difficult to see what our point balance is to making it difficult to purchase points to making it difficult to not get charged when an error occurs to purchasing points to making it difficult to find any direct support or customer service contact for the bioware points store.
Seriously. The good will you get for making awesome games is severely marred by the contempt with which you treat your customers.
Ranting aside, does anyone know who I can contact about this and the best way to go about it?
