Now when I met King Alistair in his quest, at the end they said they needed to get back to Fereldan beccause the Warden would be returning soon.  But at the end of the game Leliana tells Cassandra that the Warden has been missing and that it was no coindence that he and Hawke are both missing.  So does Leliana not know what Alistair knows?

As Leiana was never a warden, it would be loigical to assume that she would not neccessarily know everything the Wardens in the Fed are up to. Well, unless she was the head warden's lover. But hey, we all went with Morgana right.
