I'm still new to this game, and I've got two minor questions. First, I've reached the point in the game where I've got more party members available to me than I can bring with me at once. I noticed that it brought up a party selection screen when I got my sixth member. Is there a way to change party members at other times? How can I bring that screen up again so that I can change members at will? I understand that I probably can only do this while in town, but I'm still not sure how to bring it up on my own.

Second, I've got several "gift" items in my pack. How do I give those to party members? Are there any prerequisites to be able to give them, or special times to do so?

Thanks!

1. Depends on what version your playing I suppose. Haven't played the consle versions, but on PC when you are able to change party members the option becomes highlighted in your UI up top.

2. Yes you give them to party members. Be sure to check thier codex entries, and you should find out what type of gifts they prefer. You can give any gift to anyone, but certain ones like cetain things better, which means you get a larger bonus for giving it to the person who will appreciate it the most, and a smaller bonus from someone who could care less.

If you're in an area marked safe, the Change Party icon (on the top bar) will be available. (PC)

Have your party member selected in inventory (like you were equipping them), and "use" the gift.

I play the Xbox 360.

If you want to change members, I believe you must be in camp or a town or non-hostile area to switch characters, but I could be wrong. Just pull the L trigger (or equivalent to PS3, if that's what you use), and the party icon should be in the top left area, and from there you can choose your party members.

For gifts, when you check out your inventory on a giftable item, you will see that the A (or equivalent to PS3) button command is grayed out. Just press the right bumper to get to the inventory page of another party member, and press A on the gift, and that item will be gifted.

Just remember that gifts should be given to the appropriate person. Don't just spam the same gift on some person, just because you want them to love you. You gotta choose the right one. That means that a meat bone won't be particularly flattering to Morrigan, the dog would like that one; same as which, beer or ale wouldn't be so flattering for the dog.

Hey, one more question. Is there any way to turn off showing helmets?

You mean to turn on helmets. No, there isn't.
