Ok so, I don't know what the problem is but several minutes into arrival
a screen pops up saying 'Game Disc Unreadable' And then the game shuts
off. It happens everytime, on both discs and I don't know why. There's
no scratches on them and I cleaned them. Plus I just played ME2 the
other day and it ran fine. So does anyone know what's going on and why
I'm getting this error?

Obvious things are cleaning the disc (as you've done) and trying other discs. If other discs don't work it could very well be a disc drive problem that has developed (actually cleaning the lens should be mentioned as well I think).

Clearing the system cache.

Disconnecting storage devices.

I have seen murmurs that some suspect it's actually an HD problem.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I pop in the game, i can get to the "Press Start" screen but as soon as i try to go any further it says that the disc is unreadable. I tried it with both of my discs, and they're in good condition.

I had the same problem. I have unistalled both disks, downloaded again the DLC, cleared the system cache and didn't apply the latest patch and now it seems to run.

I did the same thing and now it's working for me. Had to delete then re-install all DLC and did not apply the latest patch, and cleared the cache like the above poster. it seems to be working fine now.
