For some reason the image of the curser is off from where it actually registers where I want to click, I have to move it down and to the right to what I want to select, it's severely limiting my gameplay.
Its only a problem in da2 nowhere else.

What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Seriously, do I just have to uninstall and reinstall?

Are you using any of the font scaling functions in Windows?  Like making text bigger for viewing on an HDTV?

the problem is the resolution. change it back to 1280 768
