People having the same problem on PS3 is why we're here. Sorry for bugging you, but Mass Effect is on other platforms other than 360, thank you very much.

Maybe because the solutions might not necessarily be the same cross platform? To (possibly) save you a repost Arrival does not become available until you've completed the Horizon mission. After that's done you'll get told about a private call coming in from Admiral Hackett which Shepard takes in his/her quarters. Conversation with Hackett, yack yack yack, end it with whichever option you prefer and then go back to CIC and check the galaxy map. The Bahak system should now appear on the map - it's almost at the very bottom on the edge of the galaxy, and IIRC it's slightly left of the centreline. If you've done Horizon and not had the Hackett conversation or if you've had the conversation and the Bahak system isn't on the map then you probably have a platform specific problem and would be better off reposting in the right forum. And bear in mind that everyone's playing ME3 and you might not get a reply right away.
