I have downloaded arrival and turned mass effect 2 on for the first time in a long time and the game is asking for my cerebus network code, i bought the game day one and suddenly the network is missing

I figure that some consoles and Xbox Live are not agreeing with each other with running the recent DLC. There may also be HD issues for some users, but I hope it's not that.
If you have not tried yet you could clear the cache: http://support.xbox....stem-cache.aspx
And when starting ME2 again try not updating to see if there is a difference, doing so seems to have helped others: http://social.biowar...6830455#6849742
I can try to help with other suggestions.
Edit: I forgot to ask if more than one console has been used to play ME2 with DLC content. There could be an Xbox goof with the license access and Gamertags.
