I purchased BioWare points yesterday, but now when I attempt to purchase Arrival with them, it says I do not have enough. How and where do I provide Proof of Purchase and what must be included?
I purchased BioWare Points and they're not there.

It says in the mail, it may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in your account. I suggest you wait, Paypal can take quite some time.
And if it eventually doesn't appear, contact EA support.

I don't use Paypal for anything but Ebay anymore. But once I had to wait an entire day for a payment to come through..
Nerve wrecking.
Anyway. I would contact support within 4 hours. Just to be sure.

The same just happened to me, and I used my VISA, no paypal.
I received a second e-mail confirming my purchase about 5minutes later.
