Right now I redownloaded all the dlcs and load up ME2. But now it doesn't come up for me to check my mail. I redownload arrival twice and it says you are missing lair and overlord.

I've had it too
so is deleting all the previous DLC and re downloading pointless?

not going well, checked my HDD all of it was there so I decided to go through my download history and redownload all the files (with out deleting the originals) thinking that xbox would just do the quick key unlock thing that sometimes older XBLA games some times need to work.
Loaded it back up - same thing
went into the downloadable content bit that's built into the game and noticed a few of the DLC sections as unticked - but others were ticked for some reason????
tried to re download from there to get the ticks back - at this point the originals were still on my HDD and it did the quick download thing but didn't tick the boxes.
then I tried clearing the cache on the xbox
loaded the game back up and was prompted to download a patch for the game (4mb i think)
land on the menu and get this
http://twitpic.com/4er2iw
only one thing for it - delete everything except for my save files and re download it all - which will take forever and I'm currenty waiting on.
I'll let you know how it ends

wow what a shocker, bioware games that EA get involved with are breaking

My problem is similar too. I downloaded Arrival, spoke with the contact in my cabin to hear what was being asked of me and then decided to buy the Equalizer pack for fun before heading out on the Arrival mission. I saved, went to dashboard, downloaded Equalizer pack and now neither game disc will boot up the game and locks on a black screen after the EA logo animation finishes. I have deleted and redownloaded both Arrival and the Equalizer pack and have tried with system connected and disconnected from XBox Live.
Unlike some of these other complaints, I can't even make it to the start screen.
To say I am angry is quite an understatement.
Anyone having my problem? I was way too fed up around midnight to clear my cache and so I got tipsy and bitterly played Torchlight until passing out on my couch.
Hopefully clearing my cache will fix it.
Hey, Justbiglee, did (shudder) re downloading all of your DLC fix it? I'm sorry you had to go through that

Also have the missing DLC problem. Every same game on every career I have saved will no longer load because, according to an error message " Downloadable content is missing", either The Arrival, Overlord, or Lair of the Shadow Broker or any combination of the three. Have tried deleting and reinstalling all pieces of DLC without any resolution, was hoping someone might shed some light on this mystery.

I have the exact same problem as stated above with the "missing or corrupt DLC". The Usage terms very clearly state that all users on the original Xbox used to download the DLC will have access to the content. My brother and I share an Xbox and each have our own gamertags. I had thought this was the source of the problem, but it sounds like others are having the same issue.
Angry and disappointed at EA/Bioware does not begin to cover it. Not only can I not play Arrival, but I cannot even load any of my saved games because of this error. If this issue is not patched, I doubt either of us will purchase DLC from them again.

^ Sadly it might be an Xbox Live issue.
All I could do myself is provide some steps I've used or read about.
Some things you can try are:
All I could do myself is provide some steps I've used or read about.
Some things you can try are:
- When you fire up ME2, go to "Extras" and then open "Downloadable Content". Arrival should appear on that list with a check mark.
- Accessing a save that is using Disc 2 after finishing Horizon, should provide a Kelly update and a pop-up.
- If you have not tried yet, you could clear the cache: http://support.xbox....stem-cache.aspx
- After clearing the cache, when you start ME2 again, try to not update to see if there is a difference, since doing so seems to have helped others: http://social.biowar...6830455#6849742
- Lastly, there could be an Xbox goof with the license access and Gamertags. So you can at least check this site to find out to which console(s) your DLC content is connected to: http://www.xbox.com/...eMigration/Home

Sorry i didn't back to any of you sooner.
If you see my above post you'll see everything I tried before but in the end removing everything but the save files and the disc installs off my hard drive and then re downloading all of the DLC did work for me fine. It sucks but at least my game wasn't totally screwed.

Try loading ME2 without being signed in to Xbox Live. I had this problem a few weeks ago, that was the only thing that worked for me.

I just had this problem. Keep restarting the game: after several tries (5-10 I guess) it worked.

Ive had the same problem as well. This is the second thread Ive read on it, both 19 days old, both in Bioware's official tech support forum, and still no official help from bioware on either thread.
What the hell is going on? I swear you guys used to respond to stuff like this same day.
