I purchased BioWare Points and they're not there.

  I purchased BioWare points yesterday, but now when I attempt to purchase Arrival with them, it says I do not have enough. How and where do I provide Proof of Purchase and what must be included?

Hey! supakillaii I have the same problem,I purchase points 3 times, the 3 times the money was charge in my paypal account,and I don't have de points yet....

I have simmilar issue I was charget twice but only got points for one transaction,
pre-authorized charge means that funds on your account have been reserved but no transaction took place, if account is not charged after 7 days it will probobly clear, depending on the bank, now I gota wait till tomorw to see if the account realy got charged

Normally the best way to have this resolved is to contact support. You can do this by visiting http://help.dragonage.com or http://support.ea.com and selecting 'Contact Us'.

If you have purchased BioWare points and have not received them, please PM me. You will need to include your Incident ID, along with the purchase date, amount of points, payment method and any additional information.
