Greetings.

Here i was in the DLC Purchase Site and i bought the DLC but then i accidently pushed the Back Button on my mice/mouse and then forward again to check if i hade the DLC then i saw the LOW amound of Bioware points i had left ...and there are 2 Email's that i bought it...twice is there anyway to get me Bioware Points back ?

I am unsure what to do now.
PLEASE HELP !!

Bear in mind they send you 2 emails - one to say you've bought points and one to say you've used the points to buy the DLC.

Aye they sure do but i got me points way back
And the 2 mails are exactly the same ...expect the amount of of BW points remaining.
