Now that the word is out -

Not this crap again.

Do they even do these Dr. Pepper promotions outside of the US and Canada? I hated it when ME2 came out because I knew I was missing out on certain items just because of where I lived in world.

Sounds like I'll be enjoying even more benefits for being a fan of the Dr. ^^'

Something I can actually get outside of the US.
Europe has people in it too.

Hm well since I live in a part of the world called "The rest of the world that is not the USA" I don't think there is much point in hoping for anything from the Dr Pepper promotion.

I had actually rather hoped Bioware/EA wouldn't pull this crap again but I guess Dr Pepper's cheque cleared.

That probably would be a better idea. But that would keep Dr. Pepper from making more money...wait...

E.A. loves their "exclusive" content and online passes.

its not just ea. i noticed this type of promotion for a while now. it be easier to just put a 6 alt attire pack for me3 online for 5 bucks. mvc3 did it so why shouldnt bioware?

Blah, I hate this. At least make it available worldwide, or include the items in a different DLC pack a few weeks later.

I couldn't do the Mass Effect 2 Dr. Pepper content and I live in US. My gamertag is registered to a different account than my Mass Effect 2 profile, and guess what? You can't remove your gamertag from an EA profile! I don't think their exclusive DLC is worth the BS.

The only "micro DLC" I've ever enjoyed was when I found out that my champion in DA2 could walk around looking like Isaac Clarke, which I was surprised to see that EA essentially gave it out free if you bought DS2.

I don't think anyone knows how armor or weapons will function in ME3, but i hope some sort of weapon customization will be in, and the items provided will be gun parts

Sounds like another slap in the face for European and fans outside the US to me.    :(

So will we get some exclusive content?  Most likely not

I never cared much for 'micro dlc' either, but I love Dr.Pepper so I've got a ton of it from them. Also, some of the random bonus' in Dragon Age Legends were nifty. (Sims Medieval plumbob, etc.)

As long as the 'exclusive' content is never anything major I can live with it. A gun or an outfit or some random item, cool, whatev. Deny me a plot/story arc or a character and nerdrage! And yeah, as another poster asked, what is an ARV? What exactly is there to be had from this promotion?

ARV- approximate retail value. In other words, the most you'll get is $10 of dlc and that's pushing it

I don't see why it would be major. It's likely to be just an outfit and gun like the last one.

I agree.  Being able to change scopes, targeting systems, maybe an attachable/detachable frontgrip or rail system, be able to change these things on the fly (Crysis 2), that would probably turn me on upon learning of it.
