Not keen on this even though I got all 3 last time - I don't think it's cool that it gets restricted due to availability in regions. Probably snag some extras to toss around for folks who can't get it otherwise so we can all have swanky loot love

Right this is my little piece in this whole mess.


I got all the 3 dlc from the Dr pepper promotion but it was not easy to get. I had to go to Ebay and spend my hard earned cash in getting the codes. No game feels compleet for me if i got every single little thing from a game. But listen this is making me freaking mad and really mad. Promotions are nice but give them to all so its easy to get. I life in holland we do not do things like this.

Really chris listen.... this forum is going to a ( sorry for my french ) **** hole. People are rude/trolling around and really nice to each other. Its a lot of QQ going on because of this kind of crap that Ea marketing is doing. The don't give a crap about there customer. Just making there targets or otherwise the will lose there job also.

Please really please find a way to make this work for each customer that will buy the last game from the mass effect series. Im not planning to obtain all the little promo stuff again and spend over 50euros on extra little contant. Its my choice don't get me wrong but i feel a feeling someting Ea is taking the ****** out of there customers. This needs to stop. I aplogies for my temper but really... next letter is going to EA itself.  Help the customers out Chis i know you will do your best

Either way, I drink Dr. Pepper and I really like Mass Effect. Pretty sweet getting a bonus. Plus, you can request a free code once a week, so you can get the stuff for free.

Ugh! I don't really have a problem with special promotions unless they're restricted to the US. It's just flat out unfair to players overseas to refuse them content just because they're overseas. Because they don't want the pay? Fine, that's business. Because they don't want to participate? Annoying, but so long as everyone has a chance to participate, fine. Because I happen to live across some water? Go to hell.

I have to say even living in America the Dr.Pepper code was pretty damn unavaialble.  I never saw any promo-cans here.  And I drink Dr Pepper.

I'm fine with it as long as the money actually goes into paying for more man-hours toward ME3. But how can we know what to want? We don't even know how the item system will work in ME3!

If it's like ME2, I'd like an Omni-Tool skin. That'd be something easy to make and unique/special. Then maybe extra texture patterns for armor. Lastly, a unique pistol. Or hey, maybe like grenades coming back from ME1; you get 3 of them every time you leave the Normandy. But maybe those last two would be too good for a stupid soda promotion.

Most of all, I'd like to be privy to an actual announcement when this starts.

i posted a message to chris about this because this promotion is plain CRAP! whats wrong with EA and even bioware. we are all the same, You can't do a promotion only in USA do it everywhere. Well its time im going to send messages towards media game company's.

On topic, I'm not fussed. Firstly though - why oh why choose the worlds most vile soft drink, and one that seems to only be popular in the US? I actually gag a bit every time I heard Forrest Gump talking abou thow many Dr Pepper's he drank before meeting the President...

Having said that, I have all three pieces of DR P gear for ME2 even though I don't think it's even sold here in Australia anymore.

I don't think I would feel right using a code excluded from everywhere outside of the USA, so I have to pass. I would offer to boycott but I don't drink Dr Pepper so it would not do any good.
