I agree with most of the posts above. I really thought EA (I guess it's EA, not Bioware) had learned something from the bad marketing decisions like Brandpromotion and Bazar only available to a rather small part of their community.
I know it was possible to get these Dr Pepper codes even outside the US, but mostly not legal or taken out of context of the promotion it was designed for.
Please treat all of your otherwise loyal and equally excited paying customers the same. If there are DLC codes make them available to everyone.
Look at CD Project Red with The Witcher 2. They had store related DLC for their game but made everything available to any paying customer a few days later.
I really hope you'll think this over again. I do not want to miss out on anything ME3 related, just because I have the "missfortune" of not living in the US or any other specially treated country.
If they would offer special DLC for my country and not others I'd feel bad for other people, too.
EA/Bioware, think global !
