If it's not preorder garbage it's something else. I didn't forget about the incisor rifle being made available to everyone else, but I still can't get the blackhole heavy weapon - name escapes me. I'm tired of jumping through hoops. If you want to give us this stuff then give it to us. I'm not going to be your monkey any more.

This would be cool if not for the fact that I hate Dr. Pepper with a passion. Cough syrup!

And of course pirates get all this with minimum hassle while paying customers are left to scrabble around after these items often without ever finding them.

Why Dr.Pepper? Why not Cherry Coke or Pepsi?

Man, I'm not even sure if Dr. Pepper is sold in my country.

Quit it with the gimmicks, BioWare. I'm willing to spend BW points for those DLC.

Yay, I live outside of america but you can still get these codes. I did it for the umbra visor and the other 2 items for ME2.

I actually think that the Dr. P items were better than the pre-order ones, because I could at least customize those visors and the helmet.

I hope they're doing something like it with ME3, but a little better.

Codes aren't a problem for me.

Chief wish? For whatever they put in there to be available outside North America this time! Especially if the selection of armor pieces and weapons in vanilla ME3 is as woeful as it was in vanilla ME2.

But seriously, bundle EVERYTHING with the Collector's Edition. And I mean EVERYTHING. You need to add more value to that thing compared to such lackluster EA boxes like the Crysis 2 Limited Edition or the Bulletstorm Limited Edition.

Hm well since I live in a part of the world called "The rest of the world that is not the USA" I don't think there is much point in hoping for anything from the Dr Pepper promotion.

I had actually rather hoped Bioware/EA wouldn't pull this crap again but I guess Dr Pepper's cheque cleared.

This. Spreading out the DLC in this manner is offensive to paying customers.. who somehow always seem to get shafted.

So there was one of these for ME2? What was it? Like a code under the cap or something?

Because if it's one of those I could probably get about 50 of them. There would be no fair way of spreading them around though...

Now that the word is out -

  • What do you hope to get from another Dr Pepper promotion?

The old N7 armor from Mass Effect 1 (Heavy armor) or the hidden cerberus armors from mass effect 1.

Know what I'd most like to see done with the Dr. Pepper DLC things?

Some way for international folks to get the items as well. We may have the drink here, but it's;

A: Fairly unpopular
B: Almost impossible to find outside specialty import stores
C: Always outdated stock (for instance, didn't see the ME2 codes until about 6 months after the game was out)

Which is sad, I actually sort of liked some of those hoods :3

Ah countries outside of the USA, we have dismissed this claim.

Hmm. Hopefully the codes will be universal again so we can all download the items without buying Dr. Pepper...

I agree with most of the posts above. I really thought EA (I guess it's EA, not Bioware) had learned something from the bad marketing decisions like Brandpromotion and Bazar only available to a rather small part of their community.
I know it was possible to get these Dr Pepper codes even outside the US, but mostly not legal or taken out of context of the promotion it was designed for.
Please treat all of your otherwise loyal and equally excited paying customers the same. If there are DLC codes make them available to everyone.
Look at CD Project Red with The Witcher 2. They had store related DLC for their game but made everything available to any paying customer a few days later.

I really hope you'll think this over again. I do not want to miss out on anything ME3 related, just because I have the "missfortune" of not living in the US or any other specially treated country.
If they would offer special DLC for my country and not others I'd feel bad for other people, too.

EA/Bioware, think global !

Let's hope it's available in the rest of the world this time, or someone finds re-usable codes like last time.

I'll put it this way,  I'm OCD and a completionist,  I want every piece of content the games have.  And there is two ways to get this content.
Legally and Illegally.

I would much perfer to get things legally,  Really I would, but with exclusive items like the ME2 gamestop items and other such items you cannot purchase legally, well You really are forcing my hand here bioware.

Not exactly sure why I am not seeing this question anywhere:

When is it going to be implemented?

Also, will we have to buy multiple Dr. Peppers and hope we're lucky enough to find a winning bottlecap or will everybody have a fair shot?

I didn't do the one for ME2 because I didn't play the games back then (looking at the rewards, it's not a total loss, but something I kindof wish I had for ME2). I hope the DLCs for this one will be the same; nothing huge, just small gimmicky things... like a Dr. Pepper shirt for Shepard's casual wear or something.

I just want the damn Recon Hood. I hate Dr Pepper anyway, and its not like I was able to buy the stuff willy nilly at the time. Now that I do have money(and bought pretty much every damn DLC available), its gone.
