I missed picking up the ship in the bottle in Smugglers cut - I 'm still in act 2, but can't access the entrance to Smuggler's cut.  Can I get this any other way??

As far as I'm aware you can only get it via the Blackpowder Courtesy quest. So if you missed it you might be out of luck.
